So I finally redid the project, using a more stylized grid and I am happy with the results. I'm also glad that I decided to use varying shades of black/gray to break up the composition. I bumped up the contrast on the cheerios and on some of the food, I think it helped bring the colors our so that the image now doesn't look so muted. I think the changes helped, but let me know what you think!
