Project 1 - Final Composition




















When the seasons begin to change, and a brilliantly-lit summer transitions into an ever-darkening winter, your own perceptions can also grow darker. Minimal sunlight and intense cold may lead to feelings of hopelessness and social isolation, in addition to an aversion to things once loved. In extreme cases this depression can even lead to suicide. The Winter Depression variation of Seasonal Affective Disorder appears in approximately 6% of the US population, although its prevalence increases as latitude increases.
